My son is 2.8 year old. For past 2 days he is having high fever (102-104) and complain pain in chest. Had a acute coughing and running nose. Pls advise urgently. Current medication are: REFZIL O 125MG (6 ml*2), Ambrodil S (7.5ml*3, CROCIN Ds sos, Alaspan (2.5ml*2)
